I recently stayed in a budget hotel in the Yarm area and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. the room was spotless and had a comfortable bed with modern decor. the bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast options were good, with a selection of cereals and a delicious cooked breakfast.
The communal areas of the hotel could use some deep cleaning and updating.

The breakfast was good with a wide selection of cereals and a cooked breakfast option. the staff were nice and helpful during our stay. The location was convenient as it was close to our destination.
The hotel was very outdated and in need of refurbishment. The carpets in the communal areas and hallways were dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and free wifi. the breakfast offered a good selection of choices. the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.
The heating system in the room was not working correctly, making our New Year's stay very uncomfortable. the bathroom was old-fashioned and outdated, with a shower curtain that looked like it needed to be replaced.
